Dear Valued Customer,

This Product End-of-Life (EOL) Notification is a formal notification that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. will delist the DataGuard APP. As part of our ongoing product lifecycle management process, Robustel acknowledges the obligation to promptly inform you of the intent to end products and to enable you to prepare for alternatives or assistance in their product renewal process. Please review the detailed information given below:

Effective August 14, 2024, Robustel will begin the EOL process for the DataGuard APP due to Robustel's product strategy. The APP delisting date is  February 14, 2025. After this date, DataGuard APP will no longer be supported for ordering and will be delisted from RCMS. And the End-of-Services Date is February 14, 2026.

Maintenance & Support:

Robustel will maintain our commitment to our customers by supporting and servicing the discontinued products. Our intent is to provide technical support for these products for a limited time in order to allow future planning by our customers. For Technical Support on these products will be limited to tools usage and existing documentation.

Note:

This notification attempts to identify all part numbers affected by the discontinued product. It is possible that some part numbers were missed in the list provided. Robustel reserves the right to include omitted numbers if they are related to the products listed above, even if the part number is not specifically listed in this notification. Those omitted numbers are subject to the terms specified within this document. 

If you currently have open orders with the discontinued product, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.
